What you'll do

• Own the Wag! Services web experience, including the pet-parent booking funnel and caregiver onboarding funnel
• maintain a quarterly roadmap organized into weekly sprints
• draft product requirements and engineering tickets
• run A/B tests
• identify conversion issues
• oversee SEO and marketing pages
• use dashboards for performance reporting
• and communicate funnel metrics to leadership. The role works directly with engineering, design, analytics, and Marketing.
