What you'll do

• Deliver in-person onboarding and role-based training in clubs and during new club openings
• conduct field observations, audits, and coaching
• partner with regional, market, and club leaders on onboarding and development plans
• track training completion and readiness
• provide feedback and follow-up coaching
• identify, document, and escalate training gaps and compliance issues.
