What you'll do

• Work across assigned stations, including grill, sauté, garde manger, and pastry
• execute menu items with precision and consistency
• set up, stock, and break down stations
• follow recipes and portioning
• maintain sanitation, cleanliness, and food safety
• collaborate with chefs during events
• communicate shortages or concerns
• and monitor freshness and presentation.
