What you'll do

• Prepare food for residents, guests, and employees according to menus, planned events, and standard recipes
• plate portions and garnishes
• ensure adequate preparation, freshness, cooking status, and seasoning
• communicate shortages
• assist kitchen staff
• follow food rotation and safety practices
• clean and inspect kitchen equipment and work areas
• stock and clean the station for the next shift.
