What you'll do

• Assist with account openings for Japanese companies and customers
• process deposit products, certificates of deposit, and debit card matters
• prepare and manage applications and contracts
• support sales representatives
• respond to customers in Japanese by phone, email, and in person
• perform office administration
• and process work accurately under banking rules and procedures.
