What you'll do

• Perform assigned dietary work and cleaning routines
• assist the cook with meal preparation and service
• meet meal and snack times
• arrange tray cards, load food carts, serve meals, and set up the dining room
• wash and store dishes
• receive and store food supplies
• report supply, equipment, and safety issues
• follow infection-control, sanitation, fire, and disaster procedures
• report resident grievances and maintain HIPAA compliance.
