This is an onsite role with a schedule of Monday - Friday 8 am - 7 pm, weekends 8 am - 4 pm, and holidays 8 am - 1 pm. LocumJobsOnline is working with Weatherby Healthcare to find a qualified Urgent Care PA. The role of a Physician Assistant in Urgent Care is to provide immediate medical attention to patients with non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries, performing assessments, diagnosing conditions, and developing treatment plans.
What you'll do
- See 30 - 35 patients per shift.
- Work in a walk-in urgent care setting.
- Family practice providers on-site Monday - Friday.
- Experience in urgent/walk-in care preferred.
- Minimum 5 shifts per week including weekends preferred.
- Located 1.5 miles from local hospital ED.
