What you'll do

• Prepare dessert items and components according to recipes and production requirements
• date food containers and report shortages
• follow safe food-handling and equipment procedures
• operate and sanitize mixers, choppers, and slicers
• measure, weigh, portion, and label ingredients
• stock prep areas and inventory
• clean the work area
• communicate progress and low stock
• assist other back-of-house staff when prep tasks are complete.
