What you'll do

• Welcome customers and build relationships
• listen to concerns and recommend tires, maintenance, and repairs based on vehicle needs
• explain tire options and maintenance recommendations
• prepare estimates and present service recommendations
• mount, balance, rotate, repair, and replace passenger and light-truck tires
• perform oil changes, fluid exchanges, and preventative maintenance
• inspect vehicles and identify maintenance concerns
• replace routine service items
• maintain a clean and safe shop
• assist with inventory and displays
• complete repair orders and document services.
