• Lead restaurant shifts, coach and develop team members, help create schedules, plan staffing for reservations and events, assign sections, monitor guest service, support restaurant staff during busy periods, oversee opening and closing procedures, verify shift closeouts and cash handling, assist with hiring and training, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, and support responsible alcohol service.
