What you'll do

• Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries about account maintenance, cash management, distributions, and investment reporting
• coordinate client requests with advisors and internal departments
• research and resolve client issues
• prepare meeting materials and account paperwork
• coordinate onboarding
• document client interactions in the CRM
• support office vendors, supplies, mail, and events.
