Assembly Operator — First Shift

What you'll do

• Assemble parts and components according to work instructions and specifications, including gluing and framing
• safely operate hand tools, power tools, and basic production equipment
• inspect finished products and identify defects
• report quality concerns, equipment issues, and safety hazards
• package and label products for shipment
• maintain production records when required
• keep workstations clean and organized using 5S principles
• follow safety procedures and collaborate to meet production schedules.

Why this role

High school diploma or equivalent and 6 months to 1 year of direct high-volume manufacturing experience are required. Blow-molding experience is preferred; familiarity with lean manufacturing, ERP/MRP systems, and Spanish and English is highly desired.
