What you'll do

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and campus partners
• follow security procedures and site policies
• respond professionally to incidents, access concerns, medical situations, and critical events
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols
• monitor access points and assist with visitor direction and campus events
• prepare accurate reports and communicate with site contacts, company leadership, and emergency responders as appropriate.

Why this role
