What you'll do

• Prepare assigned menu items for primary and satellite locations using standardized recipes and batch-cooking methods
• maintain food quality, labeling, serving temperatures, kitchen sanitation, and equipment
• coordinate cooking before and during service
• support customer service
• and act as shift leader when the Sous Chef is absent. The role also assists with training Prep Cooks and follows safety, environmental health, and quality requirements.
