The role helps ensure new and used vehicle transactions are accurate, complete, and properly reconciled. It handles contract processing, payoff activity, bank funding entries, and accounting adjustments while maintaining confidentiality and clean schedules.

What you'll do

• Process new and used vehicle contracts
• verify vehicle-sale costs and transactions
• review incentives, rebates, and sales tax
• process trade payoffs and rollbacks
• journal daily bank funding
• maintain confidentiality
• make accounting adjustments and maintain weekly schedules.
