What you'll do

• Support personal care, household tasks, meal planning, social activities, and skill building
• assist with appointments and transportation
• administer and document medications
• monitor health and safety
• document daily progress
• communicate needs and concerns
• follow individual plans of care
• provide awake overnight supervision
• assist residents with limited mobility.

Why this role
