The role exists to meet branch financial goals while overseeing operations, compliance, risk, staff, and member service. Through community development and employee training, the manager supports member advocacy and the credit union’s growth.

What you'll do

• Manage full-service branch operations and personnel
• achieve assigned sales and expense-control targets
• oversee audit, compliance, and risk management
• maintain member service and improve service perceptions
• support business and community development, including local events
• train employees
• maintain an active Notary and apply for renewal or a new Notary within the stated timeframe
• obtain NMLS certification within two months of hire.
