The Marketing Communications & Demand Generation Manager role is onsite in Naperville, IL, with an annual base salary of $70,000–$80,000. MedPro Disposal and MP1 Solutions work to coordinate healthcare compliance obligations and help practices remain inspection ready. The manager turns leadership direction into finished marketing communications and collateral while running AI-forward demand-generation campaigns to build and convert qualified pipeline. The role supports the growth of MP1 Solutions’ Compliance Services Organization category and the marketing needs of the MedPro/MPHQ portfolio.

What you'll do

• Execute AI-powered demand-generation campaigns
• build, write, and deploy email campaigns
• develop marketing collateral and communications materials
• write copy for email, collateral, web, and internal communications
• create or direct graphics and visual assets
• translate stakeholder direction into deliverables
• maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity
• coordinate concurrent requests and deadlines
• and use AI tools to scale campaign execution, content production, and lead-generation efficiency.
