The General Manager in Training — Fitness Studio position is onsite in Fremont, NE; compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and schedule, with commissions and performance-based bonuses also available. HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio offering virtually instructed workouts. The role develops sales, customer service, and studio operations skills while helping grow memberships and support members. As experience and performance grow, the employee may take on additional leadership and management responsibilities.

What you'll do

• Welcome prospective members and explain membership options
• conduct studio tours
• follow up with leads
• work toward membership sales goals
• build relationships with members and local businesses
• assist members with questions and studio procedures
• maintain a clean, organized studio
• monitor equipment and communicate maintenance needs
• assist with opening and closing
• support marketing and community outreach
• learn sales tracking, scheduling, team communication, and operations
• assist with staff training as appropriate.
