Commercial Property Manager

What you'll do

• Direct building superintendents, the construction team lead, in-house construction teams, and outside contractors
• conduct building walkthroughs and inspect for maintenance needs and tenant safety
• coordinate contractors for maintenance requests, emergencies, and upkeep
• oversee invoice approvals
• inspect tenant alterations, model creation, capital expenditure projects, and maintenance
• communicate with tenants about leases and move-ins and move-outs
• resolve tenant concerns
• manage and expand the subcontractor network
• ensure work-order updates and timely service-call completion
• follow up on subcontractor paperwork and work
• coordinate employee issues with relevant leaders and HR.
