What you'll do

• Perform accounting activities supporting hotel operations and the Financial Director
• audit cash boxes, make daily bank deposits, and manage petty cash
• organize and distribute paychecks as directed
• attend pre-convention and client billing review meetings
• support storeroom and receiving activities
• track hotel license and permit renewals
• transmit check copies and logs to shared services
• prepare and distribute departmental reports
• maintain files and distribute information
• respond to inquiries
• answer and direct phone calls
• assist with special projects and computerized receiving reports
• assist with inventories
• attend required training and meetings.
