This role helps keep produce fresh, safely stored, accurately inventoried, and attractively displayed so it is available for customers and kitchen food preparation. The clerk receives and inspects shipments, rotates stock, tracks inventory, coordinates with suppliers and kitchen staff, and helps reduce waste while maintaining health and sanitation standards.
