What you'll do

• Meet homeowners to assess comfort concerns, equipment condition, and replacement needs
• conduct in-home consultations
• present equipment options, efficiency benefits, financing, warranties, and upgrades
• follow up and maintain customer communication
• coordinate with installation and operations teams
• manage opportunities through agreement and installation handoff
• maintain customer records and proposals
• generate referrals through customer service.
