The Trim Technician I, Cannabis Cultivation role is onsite in Franklin, MA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Pay is $15–$19.13 per hour, depending on experience. NETA is a Parallel retail brand, and the role supports its Harvest Department and cultivation operation. The technician processes harvested cannabis, inspects plant material for quality, and helps the team meet production goals while maintaining a clean, organized, compliant work environment.

What you'll do

• Wet trim approximately 15–25 harvested cannabis plants daily
• assist with dry trimming, de-sticking, bucking, and post-harvest processing
• follow NETA policies and Massachusetts cannabis regulations
• meet production goals
• inspect plant material for quality and consistency
• clean and sanitize tools and equipment
• maintain an organized, compliant work environment
• support additional Harvest Department needs as assigned.
