What you'll do

• Manage D2C sales outlooks, profit plans, and commercial strategies
• optimize fulfillment, warehousing, marketplace commission, and media costs
• develop value propositions that distinguish KitchenAid.com from retail partners
• streamline go-to-market operations using AI and automation
• partner with Business Intelligence and CRM on customer insights and owned-channel growth
• align regional and global leaders
• run test-and-learn initiatives
• mentor teams and coordinate promotional calendars, site enhancements, and forecasting.
