What you'll do

• Coordinate with engineers, owners, inspectors, subcontractors, internal team members, and other project parties
• manage project specifications, contractual obligations, estimates, and job setup
• contribute to preconstruction planning
• ensure project documents, submittals, permits, and materials are ready
• prepare and monitor schedules and recovery plans
• track subcontracted work, costs, quantities, pay applications, and performance metrics
• support month-end financial reviews
• promote safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
