Accounts Payable Associate

What you'll do

• Prepare and execute check, electronic, and ACH payments
• match purchase orders and receipts with invoices
• process vendor credit memos and direct billings
• reconcile monthly vendor statements
• maintain vendor relationships and accounts
• support audits with documentation
• maintain organized accounts payable records
• perform other financial tasks as needed.
