System Administrator

Job overview

The System Administrator role is hybrid in Salem, OR, with onsite work at agency facilities in Salem, Wilsonville, or other agency locations as required; compensation is not specified. The administrator maintains and modernizes Windows and related infrastructure, supports migrations and endpoint deployments, and provides Tier III support. What you'll do

• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Azure, DNS, and DHCP
• support Intune, Group Policy, endpoint management, imaging, workstation deployment, and device lifecycle management
• assist with migrations, identity modernization, and domain consolidation
• maintain technical documentation and procedures
• participate in testing, pilot deployments, implementations, and troubleshooting
• provide Tier III support
• coordinate with agency staff, project managers, vendors, and stakeholders
• communicate risks and follow security and confidentiality requirements.
