What you'll do

• Prepare ingredients by chopping, portioning, mixing, and stocking items according to recipes and company specifications
• maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked prep area
• follow food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures
• support line cooks and other kitchen team members
• label, store, and rotate food
• assist with cleaning, dishwashing, and restocking as needed.
