What you'll do

• Assist in coordinating the activities of the Housekeeping Team.
• Check rooms and enter into system.
• Ensure associates take breaks and clock in/out on time.
• Maintain key control.
• Assist with monthly inventories, ordering, and maintenance of supplies.
• Clean vacant dirty rooms to be guest ready.
• Return occupied dirty rooms to an occupied clean status.
• Report any discrepancies to the Executive Housekeeper or Housekeeping Manager.
• Assist in maintaining other areas of the hotel in a clean and orderly condition.
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries immediately.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
