Event Specialist

The Event Specialist role is onsite in Meridian, ID, with compensation of $15–$20 per hour. Fleet Feet Treasure Valley supports local running events that bring the community together and encourage movement. The role helps deliver weekly fun runs, races, and brand activations by coordinating event setup, logistics, participant support, and breakdown. Its purpose is to create organized, welcoming experiences and help the events team improve future programming.

What you'll do

• Set up and take down event equipment
• load and unload equipment
• assist with check-in, registration, course direction, and water stops
• greet and assist participants
• maintain clean, organized, accessible event spaces
• coordinate with store staff, vendors, volunteers, and the Director of Marketing
• adapt to changing logistics and provide post-event feedback.
