• Streamline logistics through standard work and team leadership
• Support and commit to all safety programs and OSHA compliance
• Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives and Lean tools
• Support, mentor, and motivate hourly workforce
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
