What you'll do

• Lead development of AI and decision-intelligence capabilities using simulation, optimization, and predictive modeling.
• Define technical roadmaps and project goals.
• Lead large-scale AI projects from ideation through production deployment.
• Apply discrete event simulation, Monte Carlo methods, and stochastic optimization.
• Collaborate with AI research, data engineering, software development, and product teams.
• Mentor team members and promote technical practices, including model development, experimentation, and MLOps.
• Travel may be required up to 10%.
