What you'll do

• Set up awarded jobs in NetSuite and validate estimate data migration from B2W Estimate
• review contract compliance requirements and maintain job files
• track contract values, change orders, and billing
• support ERP and estimating-system migration and data validation
• issue purchase orders and subcontract agreements
• collect subcontractor compliance documents
• review field logs and verify labor, equipment, and material costs
• prepare progress and final billings
• coordinate certified payroll and lien-right documentation
• support scheduling, bid preparation, audits, and month-end job-cost reconciliation.
