What you'll do

• Lead assembly of industrial control panels
• support manufacturing operations with equipment setup, troubleshooting, and process improvements
• develop and perform functional, continuity, and validation testing
• identify root causes of electrical issues and implement corrective actions
• coordinate with engineering, fabrication, and production teams
• verify assemblies against customer specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
• support continuous improvement
• create and maintain work instructions and manufacturing documentation.
