Part-Time X-Ray Technologist

This technologist performs diagnostic X-ray examinations and supports safe, accurate imaging through patient preparation, documentation, equipment quality checks, and coordination with radiologists and referring providers.

What you'll do

• Perform diagnostic X-ray examinations according to established protocols
• verify patient identity and physician orders
• prepare and position patients
• explain exams and answer questions
• document in RIS/PACS and EMR systems
• perform daily quality control and ensure equipment operates safely
• follow radiation safety, infection control, HIPAA, OSHA, and company procedures
• collaborate with radiologists, referring providers, and team members
• maintain continuing education
• cross-train into CT or MRI as opportunities become available
• assist with workflow and other assigned duties.
