What you'll do

• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and hold sales consultants accountable
• conduct daily sales meetings
• coach the dealership sales process
• manage schedules and lead distribution
• structure deals and approve pricing and terms within guidelines
• coordinate with Finance and Insurance
• review deals for accuracy and compliance
• collaborate with inventory and upfit teams
• manage lead follow-up with the Business Development Center
• monitor customer satisfaction and service recovery
• track and report sales performance
• maintain accurate CRM and desking records.
