What you'll do

• Assist the Executive Chef with menu development, staffing, and specials
• take reservations and prepare hibachi meals in the main restaurant
• purchase food for the assigned area and determine quantities
• control food costs and labor
• supervise food preparation, cooking, plating, and kitchen equipment use
• complete production records
• assist with culinary staff interviews, hiring, and evaluations
• meet production deadlines
• follow HACCP standards and sanitation procedures.
