Robot Support Specialist

The Robot Support Specialist role is fully in person in Watertown, MA, with shift-based coverage in a 24/7 operation, including regular weekends. Compensation is $24–$27 per hour. Tutor Intelligence develops and deploys robot hardware and artificial intelligence for real-world work environments.

What you'll do

• Provide technical support for the robot fleet, diagnose and resolve issues, answer customer calls, own escalated problems, follow troubleshooting playbooks, monitor robot performance, communicate issues and improvement opportunities, document resolutions, and contribute to playbook, tooling, and process improvements.

Why this role

Three or more years of technical support, customer support, IT help desk, field service, or hands-on troubleshooting experience is sought. Shifts are 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, or 11:00 PM–7:00 AM; weekend and holiday shifts may be scheduled, with holiday shifts paid at 1.5x.
