The Warehouse Lead is an onsite position in Solon, OH, with a pay range of $19.00 to $20.50 per hour. This role supports the distribution center team at Mattress Firm by leading warehouse associates in daily tasks. The role exists to lead a team in receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders, while ensuring proper inventory storage. The Warehouse Lead communicates with customers to provide world-class service and ensures that all operations are conducted according to safety policies and procedures.

What you'll do

• Lead and communicate to a team of warehouse associates
• Load and unload merchandise
• Stage deliveries
• Maintain supply and equipment inventory
• Participate in quality assurance
• Ensure accuracy of vendor shipments
• Maintain inventory control
• Perform physical inventory counts
• Communicate purchase order discrepancies
• Assist with customer pickups
• Maintain grounds and warehouse cleanliness
• Clean and sanitize products
• Inspect products
• Monitor shipments
• Audit delivery tracking system
• Operate warehouse equipment
• Follow safety policies.
