What you'll do

• Lead and improve the global month-end close
• oversee customer invoicing and internal controls
• consolidate financial statements across entities and currencies
• manage budget-versus-actual reporting and variance analysis
• liaise with external auditors and tax team
• mentor a global accounting team of 10–15
• partner with the CFO and C-suite on financial projects
• drive process improvements and scalability.
