What you'll do

• Assist with pipeline tracking and project setup
• maintain contracts, scopes, meeting records, action items, change orders, and sub-consultant agreements
• support budget tracking, forecasting, schedules, and invoicing
• coordinate contract approvals and records
• liaise with clients, vendors, sub-consultants, and internal teams
• prepare meeting materials, presentations, reports, and weekly financial reports
• track expenditures, billable hours, and billing milestones.
