What you'll do

• Check and route voicemails, customer text messages, e-faxes, and email
• work incoming agency-system alerts
• answer service-line calls and transfer calls to agents as needed
• handle contact information, lienholder updates, billing, claims reporting, and general questions
• process returned mail
• contact customers who may have had a claim to offer support
• review carrier updates on e-signatures and underwriting requirements
• complete assigned tasks
• send welcome letters and follow-up messages
• work renewals and rewrites with an assigned producer
• solicit existing customers for cross-sold insurance products.
