What you'll do

• Ensure food is prepared and served according to recipes, portions, cooking, and serving standards
• follow and enforce company policies and deli procedures
• supervise and assist kitchen personnel with sanitation and cleaning schedules
• maintain safe, sanitary, orderly work and service areas
• assist customers, vendors, and associates
• uphold guest service and efficient operations
• check in food deliveries
• and supervise and instruct staff when the Food Service Manager is absent.
