What you'll do

• Welcome members, guests, and visitors
• respond to inquiries and requests
• assist with the club app, reservations, event registration, activity scheduling, and club information
• support member onboarding
• maintain a clean, organized clubhouse
• assist with check-in
• coordinate across departments
• support event setup, execution, breakdown, logistics, and communications
• provide hospitality during events and race weekends.
