Customer Service and B2B Order Specialist

The Customer Service and B2B Order Specialist role is onsite in Fort Lauderdale, FL; compensation is $22–$26 per hour. Custom Mosaics manufactures decorative porcelain mosaics for the swimming pool industry and supplies distributors, dealers, and pool professionals. The specialist manages customer orders from purchase order through shipment, invoicing, and payment recording. Accurate order handling and coordination with production and shipping help keep customer requests and deliveries on track.

What you'll do

• Review and enter or verify purchase orders
• resolve pricing, quantity, and shipping-address discrepancies
• answer B2B customer questions by phone and email
• process order changes and cancellations
• coordinate with production and shipping
• process shipments
• invoice completed orders
• record payments and provide general office support.
