What you'll do

• Implement assigned life-enrichment programs
• communicate residents’ preferences and changes to the director
• assist residents to and from programs and outings
• maintain rapport with families
• support socialization during meals and snacks
• document attendance and participation
• assist with ADL needs during activities
• support volunteers and comply with resident-rights, safety, infection-control, and information-management practices.

Why this role
