What you'll do

• Assist gastroenterologists during general GI procedures and support anesthesia personnel, registered nurses, and other professionals as needed
• assemble and troubleshoot equipment
• ensure equipment is ready before cases
• operate procedure and reprocessing equipment
• maintain aseptic technique
• prepare for procedures using preference cards
• handle pathology specimens appropriately
• communicate relevant medication and specimen information
• and care for instrumentation.
