What you'll do

• Manage a diverse litigation caseload
• draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court documents
• conduct discovery and depositions
• prepare witnesses and experts
• represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings
• advise clients
• collaborate on litigation strategy and research
• support business development
• and mentor junior legal professionals.
