The role advances secure, resilient connectivity and communications across the organization through engineering initiatives, incident resolution, service-health practices, and technical mentorship.

What you'll do

• Lead design and delivery of routing, switching, wireless, WAN, cloud connectivity, network services, telephony, unified communications, and carrier solutions
• develop reusable engineering patterns
• lead upgrades, migrations, modernization, and retirement initiatives
• resolve high-impact network and communications incidents and drive corrective actions
• improve service-health measures, telemetry, alerting, testing, failover validation, and disaster-recovery readiness
• mentor engineers and contribute to standards, roadmaps, and vendor decisions.
